JOB OVERVIEW

We've launched our Ecommerce Brand and are currently seeking a Graphic Designer to support our Social Media Manager for a long-term, part-time position with potential for full-time employment based on performance, growth, and alignment with the company and candidate.

Candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering for our brand's graphical presence across ALL marketing Channels.
Candidate needs to be design-focused, creating thoughtful and disciplined assets for use across all our external facing channels (Website, Email, Social Media, and Marketing Assets - pamphlets, one-pagers)

This role involves 2 key Responsibilities.
1. Taking Marketing briefs and creating engaging graphical assets that adhere to company and product brand guidelines.
2. Maintain and grow a library of creative assets, illustrations, and imagery for ALL Marketing initiatives.
3. Resourcefulness in leveraging a limited asset library to build a larger one

Skills:
Experience working with content writers/marketing teams
Video editing capabilities for social media reels/stories
Image sizes/specifications across different platforms
Experience with A/B testing design variants
Ability to create consistent branded templates
Ability to optimize designs based on performance data

Estimated Weekly Scope/Volume and Deliverables.
3-4 Social Media Posts (Video+ preferred)
1-2 Email Graphical Elements
1-2 Digital Ads
Occasional creation of Brand Digital Assets (ie. website banners, short video edits, email templates, infographics and educational content visualizations)
*Volume may decrease and increase based on need, there will be time periods where more work or less work is needed*

We are not expecting someone to work full-time, but we want our consistent compensation to equate to consistent commitment and expectations with deliverables and and response. Compensation will be commensurate with candidates time committed, and there will always be room for raise if we see mutual growth.

Additional Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with email responsive design
Understanding of e-commerce best practices
Knowledge of UI/UX principles for website elements
