WHO ARE WE?
Our DJ management and booking company providing full-scale artist management and booking services. Partnered with high-profile DJs, we offer comprehensive support for our clients, ranging from social media management and event planning to financial handling and artist booking. With a focus on seamless, professional operations, we aim to maximize visibility and career growth for each of our talents. We’re expanding our team and seeking skilled professionals to join us in creating the elevate brand.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Seeking several seasoned freelancers in the fields of graphic design. The ideal candidates should have experience in creating promotional materials for events, social media management, and branding services. Knowledge of creative software tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is required. This is an opportunity to work with high-profile DJs and contribute to the growth of our talent's careers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design visually engaging digital and print materials, such as flyers, posters, banners, and social media graphics, that capture the essence of each DJ and event.
• Develop branding elements for each artist, including logos, album artwork, and event themes, aligning them with both artist and company branding to maintain consistency and appeal.
• Create cohesive visual aesthetics that enhance promotional content, ensuring the design is optimized for different platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and club partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with the social media, marketing, and event planning teams to translate promotional ideas into compelling visuals that resonate with target audiences and attract larger crowds.
• Stay updated with current design trends and tools to continually innovate our visuals, pushing our brand’s creative boundaries.


DELIVERABLES
Our team is looking at officially launching our music talent agency over the next 2 weeks. We have a few critical milestones and deliverables to achieve, by order of priority:

(40 hours) By early December: launch the Elevate brand
1. Logos: already created
2. (10 hours) Brand identity: Create a consistent color palette, fonts, and styles for all marketing materials.
3. (5 hours) Template/Playbook: Draft already created. Develop a designed template for our PPT playbooks. We will need a playbook to present our agency that we would send to talents we want to recruit. We will need another playbook to present our services and artists to clubs who will want to book our talents. The design/template would be the same, but content will differ based on the audience
4. (10 hours) Instagram launch: develop the first 9 tiles that will remain our selling point and front face for the first few months.
5. (15 hours) Website launch: Website already developed. Review and finalize website graphics


(35 hours) By end of December: launch 1 first DJ talent with their own brand
1. (5 hours) Logo: Work with each artist to design a logo/monogram that reflects their unique style
2. (10 hours) Press Kit: Develop a personalized PDF press kit
3. (15 hours) Social Media: Develop high-quality templates for Instagram posts, stories, and highlights for additional content such as artists presentations, etc.
4. (3 hours) For Elevate Website: prepare talent artworks to provide to website developer
5. (2 hours) For Elevate Playbook: prepare talent artworks to provide to website developer

(50 hours) By end of January: launch the next 3 DJ talents with their own brand
