Virtual Assistant for Furniture Sales

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Graphic Designer to join our dynamic furniture sales team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing online listings, and editing photos to showcase our products effectively. This is a full-time position requiring someone with a strong command of English (C2 level), experience with Facebook Marketplace, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:
- Create and manage listings across various online platforms, primarily focusing on Facebook Marketplace.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and social media channels.
- Assist in the development and execution of advertising campaigns tailored to our target audience.
- Edit and enhance product photos to ensure high-quality visual representation.
- Maintain and update sales records and inventory data using Excel.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales processes and documentation.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in English at a C2 level.
- Proven experience in managing online sales listings, preferably on Facebook Marketplace.
- Strong skills in photo editing software and techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and capable of managing complex datasets.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain high levels of productivity.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with an emphasis on problem-solving.

Working Hours:
- Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 7 PM CST.
