My name is Greg, I'm the CMO of Seth Media which has 14 e-commerce brands underneath it, and has gone from $0 to $22M in 3 years.

We have offices based in Oslo & Vilnius.

THE ROLE:

Using frameworks and successful examples to help you, you’ll create graphics from inspiration ads and more. This will play a key role in helping us scale across all our brands.

You will be working alongside our Head Of Performance Creative and assisting her with creating the graphics and 3 other designers from the Philippines.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

- 3-year minimum creating graphics
- Experienced using Adobe photoshop
- Can follow instructions whilst also being creative (we don't want robots)
- A team player as there is a team working together for each part and everyone's role makes the others easier

PAY & HOURS:

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 8 hours a day (can be flexible on timings but must do all 8 hours)

Pay: $700 per month (this is set and non-negotiable so if you're not happy with it, please don't apply)

We do have team bonuses in place every quarter if certain company targets are hit.
