A top-tier Amazon Creatives Manager is a visionary designer and strategic leader who elevates brand storytelling through high-converting A+ Content, storefronts, and visuals. They masterfully balance creativity with data-driven execution, ensuring designs boost CTR, CVR, and client retention. As the role evolves, they build and mentor a team to deliver best-in-class creative solutions at scale.

Job Scorecard (Metrics to measure performance):
1. CTR/CVR Improvement – Increase click-through rates by 15%+ and conversion rates by 10%+ for assigned brands.
2. Project SLAs – Deliver 100% of client projects on time (e.g., A+ Content in 5 days, storefronts in 10 days).
3. Client Satisfaction – Maintain 95%+ client approval rating for design quality and alignment with brand goals.
4. Click up Compliance – Zero overdue tasks, with 100?ily updates on project statuses.
5. Creative Efficiency – Reduce revision requests by 20%+ through proactive client alignment.


Key Skills:

Salary Expectations:
Base Salary of up to PHP 70,000 to 100,000 per Month

Monthly Benefits: The Contractor will be reimbursed up to PHP 5,000 for:
1. Healthcare Reimbursement – PHP 2,000
2. SSS Reimbursement – PHP 1,500
3. Internet Bill reimbursement – PHP 1,500

Annual Benefits: These benefits are voluntarily offered by AMZDataIQ
1. Paid Time Off – 12 days per calendar year
2. Maternity, Paternity, and Parental Leave as per Philippine Law

13th Month Bonus – Prorated for the year and paid on 15th Dec every year as follows: 13th Month Bonus = (Total Monthly Fees paid from 1-Jan to 31-Dec) / 12
