Graphic Design/Marketing Assistant

Currently seeking a Graphic Design and Marketing Assistant for a leading real estate company. In this role, you will develop innovative and creative marketing collateral to support real estate agents’ businesses. You must thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, designing for multiple real estate agents at a time. You will help Agents increase their business utilizing marketing strategies, digital marketing, and social media. Working hours will be Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm PST. Qualifications Needed & Job Description: Create and manage broker marketing campaigns and individual real estate agent campaigns Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite Adobe InDesign Proficiency Required Strong ability to create and follow systems & models Create custom and template property brochures, postcards, and other digital and print materials Work closely with Director of Marketing Assist with agent branding and help assess their marketing needs Organize, produce and manage content for social media and website Knowledge of Google Drive, Canva, Adobe CC, Microsoft Office and GSuite, and other programs Positive personality and ability to work well under pressure Ability to think fast, multi-task and work at a fast pace Excellent written and communication skills Highly organized Strong sense of design Real estate experience preferred but not required Clear communication, and ability to take direction on tasks How to apply for the job: 1.
