Graphic Design Specialist

We are a dynamic company specializing in custom apparel and accessories. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, personalized products to our customers. We are looking for a talented graphic designer to join our team on a full-time basis to help update and refine our art files.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating art files, which includes tasks such as removing backgrounds, upscaling images, adjusting alignments, and resizing artboards. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and has a strong eye for design.

Key Responsibilities:

Art File Updates: Modify and update existing art files for custom apparel and accessories.
Image Editing: Remove backgrounds and upscale images to meet quality standards.
Alignment and Sizing: Adjust alignments and resize artboards to match specified dimensions.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet our brand guidelines and quality requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with the design and production teams to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience.
Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar design tools.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of image editing, vector graphics, and layout adjustments.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for detail and design aesthetics.
Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

Industry Experience: Previous experience in designing for apparel and accessories.
Knowledge of Print Processes: Familiarity with printing techniques and requirements.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Work Schedule:

Hours: 9am EST - 5pm EST

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
