Graphic Design Specialist

Job Overview:
We are growing fast and need a talented Graphic Design Specialist to join our team! You’ll be working in a high-paced environment where requests come quickly, and your ability to bring creative genius to every project will be valued. You’ll report to our Global Team in the Philippines, but you will primarily operate within US Eastern Standard Time (EST). We need someone who can follow directions, adhere to established guidelines, and elevate our design game to the next level.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to design engaging, high-quality graphics, presentations, and other visual materials.
Work across multiple platforms, including PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
Infuse creativity and design expertise to bring fresh perspectives and enhance visual impact.
Manage and prioritize design requests quickly and efficiently.
Work within Asana to track tasks, collaborate on projects, and meet deadlines.
Be open to learning new processes and workflows as required.
Qualifications:

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Figma.
Strong portfolio showcasing design work across different mediums.
Ability to handle fast-paced requests and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
Familiarity with Asana or willingness to learn and follow established workflows.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the global team.
