Graphic Design | Social Media Management| Influencer Marketing | Virtual Assistant

We’re an Australian startup looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to help grow our brand, manage social media, influencers and create awesome content.

What You’ll Do:
- Graphic Design & Content: Design eye-catching graphics, short- & long-form videos, explainer videos, educational content and marketing materials for both digital and print.
- Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Engage with followers, track performance, and optimise campaigns.
- Community Engagement: Manage and grow Facebook groups, spark conversations, and keep engagement high. Respond to messages and comments.
- Influencer Marketing: Research and connect with influencers, build partnerships, and manage influencer campaigns from start to finish.

What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years of social media management experience.
- 3+ years in influencer marketing, including outreach & collaborations.
- High proficiency in graphic design and video creation/editing.
- Confident with AI tools for content creation, design automation, video/image editing, UGC, and community engagement (AI chatbots).

Work Hours:
- Tuesdays to Thursdays: 8 AM – 11 AM PHT (with some flexibility within these hours for engagement).

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Virtual Assistant experience.
- WordPress design/UI/UX experience.
