Flight Performance is a growing digital marketing agency in need of an Email Graphic Designer with experience using Figma to design emails to be published on Klaviyo and other platforms. In this role you will fulfill requests to design emails using Figma based on wireframes that will be provided to you.

Minimum of 1-Year of demonstrated email graphic design or similar experience required.

Note: All Remote Employees Must Be Available To Work During The Following Business Hours:

Monday: 9am – 5:30pm EST
Tuesday: 9am – 5:30pm EST
Wednesday: 9am – 5:30pm EST
Thursday: 9am – 5:30pm EST
Friday: 9am – 5:30pm EST

Responsibilities & Duties
Collaborate with our lifecycle marketing team on the visual development, and evolution of clients’ email campaigns/flows.
Generate on-brand, cohesive visuals optimized for conversions, higher levels of engagement, and increased click-through rates.
Manage the entirety of the email design process, ensuring all projects and assets are well-planned, high quality, and delivered within the desired due date.
Effectively communicate status of projects regularly to the Lifecycle Marketing team.
Present design innovation to the lifecycle marketing team, including showcasing best in class emails/comp research.
Manage a high-volume project tracker/calendar in a fast pace environment.

Required Experience
Strong knowledge of the Figma platform required
Strong knowledge of email design best practices
Above average written English communication skills
