Graphic Design & Content Creation

Are you a creative and organized virtual assistant passionate about social media management and content creation? A.Rose Media, a fast-growing marketing agency, is looking for a Social Media VA with a knack for design and a talent for keeping content on track.

This is a remote position where you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with our team to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing and on-brand graphic design posts for clients using Canva.
Develop customizable template designs tailored to each client’s brand guidelines.
Update and manage client content calendars on Asana, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
Schedule content to go live on Metricool, adhering to platform best practices.
Assist with brainstorming and developing creative ideas for social media campaigns.
Conduct research on industry trends and provide recommendations for innovative content strategies.
Perform other delegated tasks related to social media management to support clients and the agency.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management or content creation.
Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and template creation.
Familiarity with Asana for task management and content calendars.
Experience with Metricool or similar social media scheduling tools.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
Creative eye for design and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
Knowledge of branding and the ability to maintain a cohesive look and feel across platforms.
Experience working with a variety of industries or niches.
