Graphic Artist - Color Separation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Artist with a proven track record in color separation specifically for heat transfers. This is a specialized position requiring experience in the exact process of preparing artwork for heat transfer printing. Please note that this is not a role for DTF (Direct to Film) or silk screen color separation, as the techniques and requirements differ significantly.

Key Responsibilities:
-Execute precise color separations tailored for heat transfer printing processes.
-Work closely with designers and production teams to ensure high-quality, print-ready artwork that meets production standards.
-Convert and adapt designs, ensuring the accurate translation of colors, gradients, and details for heat transfer prints.
-Review and adjust artwork files to optimize for efficient heat transfer production.
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills:
-Proven experience in color separation for heat transfers—this specific expertise is crucial.
-Deep understanding of the differences between color separations for heat transfers versus DTF and silk screen printing.
-Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools used in the color separation process.
-Strong eye for detail, color accuracy, and design integrity.
