Job Description:

As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by handling a variety of tasks related to government contracting. Your responsibilities will include:

Contacting Companies: Reach out to companies by phone and email to obtain quotes for items or services.

Email
Management: Send and manage emails to ensure prompt responses and follow-ups.
Research: Search for new government contract opportunities and provide relevant information.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct phone and email communications with companies to gather quotes and information.
Manage and organize email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Perform research to identify new government contract opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of communications and research findings.
Assist with additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with US-based clients or in a similar time zone.
Familiarity with government contracting websites and platforms.
Previous experience in a virtual assistant role is a plus.
