We are looking for a customer service representative to join our growing e-commerce business. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their questions and resolving any issues they may have. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and representing our brand in a positive light.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through
- Respond to customer inquiries through Gorgias and resolve any issues or concerns
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to ensure resolution
- Understand and implement company policies and procedures
- Work closely with other tea
- Maintain accurate and organized customer records
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Knowledge of e-commerce (Shopify) and online shopping is a plus.
