We’re looking for someone who knows how to run Google Ads that actually perform. Someone who understands the backend, can write ads that convert, and can look at a dashboard and instantly know what needs fixing.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing Google Search, Shopping, PMax etc. Campaigns
Setting up and maintaining conversion tracking
Writing clear, results-driven ad copy
Optimizing bids, keywords, and audiences based on real data
Monitoring performance daily and making adjustments when needed
Reporting on key metrics and recommending improvements


What We’re Looking For

You’ve run real campaigns (2+ years experience)
You know how to stretch a budget and still get results
You’re comfortable taking full ownership of the campaigns
You’re fast, responsive, and know how to troubleshoot without being told
