Google ads manager

About my company, Softwash Technologies. We sell cleaning equipment direct to customer on our website. I started the company a year ago and we are expanding rapidly with new products.

I need a professional with a minimum 2 years of experience with a strong understanding of conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, UTM tracking, etc.). You need to be willing to work EST time so we can communicate efficiently.

In addition to ensuring our Google ads are set up properly I want to work with you over the course of several video meetings so you can teach me how I can monitor and revise my ads over time as the company grows. (please respond with the keyword "texas" if you read this message in its entirety:) I need to develop an executive level overview of Google ads, functions etc. so I can manage the day to day monitoring and tasks and relying on your expertise from time to time for more difficult tasks. I need someone with an ability to efficiently communicate technical concepts.

My ecommerce side of my company is growing rapidly and I will be looking to hire a full time google ads manager down the road as we expand into more products.
