We are seeking a talented and results-driven Google PPC/Facebook Ads Specialist to join our team and manage paid advertising campaigns that drive real results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media ads on Facebook/Instagram to drive lead generation and sales for our clients.
Perform keyword research, ad copywriting, and split testing to continuously improve ad performance and conversion rates.
Set up, monitor, and analyze performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, etc.) to optimize ads and ensure the best ROI for campaigns.
Collaborate with the SEO team to align paid campaigns with organic search efforts for optimal search marketing strategies.
Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing to improve customer acquisition and retention.
Create detailed reports on ad performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations to clients and the internal team.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, changes, and best practices in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.
Work closely with the account management team to ensure seamless communication and campaign success.
Ensure all campaigns meet the client’s goals and budget constraints while maximizing ad spend.

Requirements:

Proven experience in running and managing Google PPC campaigns and Facebook/Instagram Ads.
Strong knowledge of keyword research, bid management, audience targeting, and performance optimization techniques.
Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and related analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).

Experience with A/B testing, split testing, and landing page optimization.
Ability to create effective ad copy, creative assets, and call-to-actions that drive engagement and conversions.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and communication skills.
Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
Knowledge of other paid platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads) is a bonus.
