Are you a Google My Business expert with a knack for resolving listing issues? We're seeking a skilled Google My Business Specialist to assist our clients with suspensions, appeals, and reactivation of their listings. In this as-needed gig role, you will also maintain, enhance, and grow local listings while managing SEO strategies that drive traffic to client websites. Your expertise will help businesses regain their online visibility and improve their overall online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and diagnose issues related to Google My Business listings, focusing on suspensions.
- Formulate and file effective appeals for suspended listings.
- Maintain and optimize Google My Business profiles to ensure accurate information and enhanced visibility.
- Develop strategies to ensure compliance with Google's guidelines to prevent future suspensions.
- Create and implement local SEO strategies to improve rankings and drive traffic to clients' websites.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in Google's policies, best practices, and SEO principles.
- Collaborate with clients to develop content that aligns with local SEO strategies.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience managing Google My Business listings and resolving suspensions.
- Strong understanding of Google’s guidelines, policies, and appeal processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with local SEO principles is a plus.
