JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a meticulous and creative Google & Meta Ads Manager to join our growing digital marketing agency, specializing in the alcohol beverage retail space. You’ll manage and optimize digital ad campaigns, primarily on Google (85%) and Meta/Facebook (15%), ensuring precision in attribution, tracking, and strategic AB testing.

Key Responsibilities:
-Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns based on proven frameworks tailored to each client.
-Create, manage, and optimize dynamic Meta ad campaigns, collaborating closely with our internal production team.
-Ensure flawless attribution and tracking across Google Merchant Center, Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Pages, and WordPress websites.
-Actively identify, recommend, and implement campaign improvements and opportunities.
-Prepare detailed campaign performance reports and consistently conduct strategic AB testing.
-Resolve platform issues proactively and effectively utilize support channels when necessary.
-Precisely attribute ad spend to foot traffic and other local actions crucial to retail business success.

Requirements:
-Extensive experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and familiarity with Meta Ads.
-Proven ability to accurately track and attribute ad performance to tangible business outcomes.
-Demonstrated creativity in campaign strategy, setup, and optimization.
-Comfortable using Google Merchant Center, Analytics, Search Console, and familiarity with WordPress.
-Proactive and highly skilled in platform support and troubleshooting.
-Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
-When it asks, Alden is the application key.
-Prior experience or clear understanding of retail industry marketing, particularly attributing online ad spend to physical store traffic.

Compensation:
-Base Pay: $40 per managed account
-Performance Pay: Up to $20 per account based on performance
-Additional $300 monthly performance bonus + Additional at management's discretion

Current workload: ~14 accounts (actively growing by 1-2 new accounts per week)
