Job Description:

The Data Collections and Research Specialist will be responsible for gathering and entering information on storage facilities across Minnesota and Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to research, ensuring all data is captured with accuracy and speed. This role is crucial in helping us build a comprehensive database of storage facilities in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough research to identify storage facilities in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
- Collect and verify information such as addresses, phone numbers, website links, and other relevant details.
- Identify and record nearby facilities and competitors.
- Accurately enter all collected data into Google Sheets.
- Maintain and update the database as needed.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all entries.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in data collection, research, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets or similar data entry software.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Minnesota and Wisconsin regions is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
