We are looking for a Google & Facebook Ads Specialist to run and manage paid advertising campaigns for all divisions of our business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with lead generation, conversion tracking, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.

Job Responsibilities:

Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google and Facebook for lead generation in our lending, brokerage, and investment sectors.
Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and targeting to improve conversions.
Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
Create retargeting and remarketing campaigns to re-engage prospects.
Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports.
Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
Requirements:

3+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and ROI optimization.
Experience with landing page optimization and lead capture strategies.
Knowledge of real estate or finance-related advertising (preferred but not required).
Ability to work independently and manage campaigns for multiple business divisions.
