Key Responsibilities:
-- Campaign Development & Management: Plan, create, and manage effective ad campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Google Shopping. Develop and optimize campaigns on
-- Campaign Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns daily, adjusting targeting, bids, and ad creatives to optimize performance. Implement A/B testing strategies to refine ad performance, testing variables such as ad creatives, headlines, audiences, and bid strategies.
-- Budget Management: Manage and optimize ad budgets across multiple accounts, ensuring that campaigns stay within allocated limits while maximizing impact.
-- Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the content and creative teams to ensure all ad content aligns with broader marketing strategies and resonates with target audiences.
-- Reporting & Communication: Regularly communicate campaign performance, insights, and strategies to clients and internal teams. Develop detailed reports that outline campaign performance, key metrics, and recommendations for future improvement.
Qualifications:
-- Proven Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and
-- Platform Expertise: Strong experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and
-- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics, and
-- Data-Driven Mindset: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
-- Budget Management: Proven experience managing ad budgets, optimizing spends and maximizing ROI.
Familiarity with Other Platforms (Bonus Skills):
-- Experience with LinkedIn Ads,
-- Familiarity with Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) is a plus.
-- Experience with remarketing, retargeting, and dynamic ads for eCommerce platforms like Shopify.
