Working Hours: 7AM - 3PM PHT ( Dayshift)

Job Description:
-- We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Google & Facebook Ads Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook (Meta) platforms to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize return on investment (ROI). You will work closely with our creative, content, and strategy teams to ensure that all campaigns align with our clients’ goals, using data-driven insights to constantly improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:
-- Campaign Development & Management: Plan, create, and manage effective ad campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Google Shopping. Develop and optimize campaigns on Facebook (Meta) platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger Ads.

-- Campaign Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns daily, adjusting targeting, bids, and ad creatives to optimize performance. Implement A/B testing strategies to refine ad performance, testing variables such as ad creatives, headlines, audiences, and bid strategies.

-- Budget Management: Manage and optimize ad budgets across multiple accounts, ensuring that campaigns stay within allocated limits while maximizing impact.

-- Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the content and creative teams to ensure all ad content aligns with broader marketing strategies and resonates with target audiences.

-- Reporting & Communication: Regularly communicate campaign performance, insights, and strategies to clients and internal teams. Develop detailed reports that outline campaign performance, key metrics, and recommendations for future improvement.

Qualifications:

-- Proven Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads (Meta) for a digital marketing agency or in-house marketing team.

-- Platform Expertise: Strong experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Facebook Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger).

-- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics, and Facebook Pixel setup and configuration for conversion tracking.

-- Data-Driven Mindset: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable strategies.

-- Budget Management: Proven experience managing ad budgets, optimizing spends and maximizing ROI.

Familiarity with Other Platforms (Bonus Skills):

-- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, or TikTok Ads is highly regarded.

-- Familiarity with Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) is a plus.

-- Experience with remarketing, retargeting, and dynamic ads for eCommerce platforms like Shopify.
