Position Goal:
The Local SEO Specialist will manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP), ensure accuracy of client business information, respond to customer interactions, and collaborate internally to enhance local SEO effectiveness for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and optimize Google Business Profiles daily.
• Respond effectively to customer reviews and inquiries.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of business information across listings.
• Identify and resolve listing issues (e.g., suspensions, duplicates).
• Collaborate weekly with content teams for local SEO strategy.
• Regularly update and optimize NAP (Name, Address, Phone) citations.
• Follow documented procedures to maintain SEO quality standards.

Requirements:
• Proven experience managing Google Business Profiles and local SEO.
• Ability to learn and utilize SEMRush software to manage backlinks and track results
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to collaborate in a team.
