THE ROLE
The Google Advertising Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns to achieve our marketing and business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of Google Ads, including search, display, video, and shopping ads, as well as a proven track record of driving performance through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across various formats (search, display, video, shopping) to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.

Reporting: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations to improve ROI and drive business growth.

Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and phrases, ensuring effective targeting and ad relevance.

Ad Creation: Develop compelling ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages that align with campaign objectives and target audience preferences.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads dashboard, and other tools. Generate regular reports on key metrics, trends, and insights.

Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize performance and minimize cost per acquisition (CPA).

A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continually improve campaign performance.
Audience Targeting: Develop and refine audience targeting strategies, including remarketing and custom audience segments.

Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and content creators to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.


Ideal Skills + Experience:
- Proven experience as a Google Advertising Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful Google Ads campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including search, display, video, and shopping ads.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, amongst other relevant analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
