Digital Marketing Adelaide is looking for a skilled Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist with strong graphic design skills to join our growing team. Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. You will also design high-converting ad creatives that capture attention and drive engagement. Your expertise in campaign strategy, audience targeting, and performance analysis will be key to achieving client goals.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads Management
Plan, create, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across various formats, including:
Performance Max (PMax): Leverage automation and AI to drive conversions across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Gmail, and Discovery.
Search Ads: Develop high-performing search campaigns with structured keyword strategies, compelling ad copy, and effective bidding techniques.
Display Ads: Manage and optimise display campaigns, including retargeting, to boost brand visibility and engagement.
Shopping Ads (Google Merchant Centre): Set up, manage, and optimise Google Shopping campaigns to maximise eCommerce performance.
YouTube Ads: Develop and implement YouTube ad strategies, including in-stream, bumper, and discovery ads, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Remarketing & Retargeting: Implement remarketing strategies to re-engage visitors and convert potential customers.
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Work on improving ad performance through landing page optimisation, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
Meta Ads Management
Set up, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns on
Implement audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing to improve ad performance.
Use Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager to track campaign performance and optimise strategies.
Creative Development
Design high-quality ad creatives, including static images, carousels, and short-form video ads, using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
Develop ad variations for A/B testing to identify the most effective designs.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across campaigns and provide actionable insights.
Use Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite to track and report on campaign effectiveness.
Make data-driven recommendations for scaling campaigns and improving ROI.
Budget & Strategy Management
Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently to maximise results.
Stay updated with the latest Google Ads and Meta Ads trends, policies, and best practices.
Requirements
Minimum three years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of all Google Ads campaign types, including Performance Max, Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
Experience with Meta Ads, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign scaling.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Graphic design skills for ad creatives (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar) highly regarded.
Experience with conversion rate optimisation and landing page design is a plus.
Work Arrangement
Full-time, work from home.
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PHST, Monday to Friday.
