MidCity Handyman & Remodeling (MHR) is a remote-friendly, community-driven remodeling company dedicated to high-quality, energy-efficient home improvement projects while URDigital Tech is multi-venture business solution company with focus in marketing and operations/sales management. We’re seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to drive traffic, generate leads, and optimize ad performance across Google Search with a strong understanding of SEO and SOCIAL MEDIA ADS as a bonus.
Job Overview
We’re looking for a data-driven, cost-conscious, and results-oriented Google Ads Specialist who can craft high-performing ad campaigns while maintaining our brands' brand voices. The ideal candidate should also have experience with SEO and paid social media advertising (Meta Ads) to create a holistic digital marketing strategy?.

Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube).
Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve ad rankings.
Develop conversion-focused ad copy and landing pages aligned with the brand voice.
Set up and monitor A/B testing for ad creatives, keywords, and targeting strategies.
Track key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions) and adjust campaigns for better results.
Manage Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics for accurate tracking.
Work alongside social media and content teams to align PPC efforts with organic SEO and paid social ads.
Suggest cost-saving strategies while maximizing ad performance?

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube).
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and keyword optimization.
- Experience with landing page optimization (CRO) for PPC campaigns.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Ability to write compelling ad copy that fits MHR’s warm and professional tone?.
- Strong analytical skills to optimize performance while keeping ad spend efficient.
- Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Skills)
- Experience with Meta Ads
- Proficiency in SEO-driven content marketing.
- Understanding of local search marketing strategies for home improvement businesses.
- Familiarity with Slack, Asana, or Freedcamp for remote project management?

Compensation & Payment Structure
We offer a cost-effective, results-driven model:
? Hourly Rate: $2–$8/hr (negotiable based on experience & workload).
? Performance Bonus: Additional incentives for achieving lead generation targets.
? Milestone-Based: Fixed payments for campaign setup and optimization?
