We’re now on the hunt for a Google Ads Media Buyer who lives and breathes lead generation, understands the ins and outs of the finance space, and is ready to join our remote team full-time.
Who You Are
? You’ve run successful Google Ads lead-gen campaigns for finance brokers, banks, lenders, or credit providers (ideally in AU, NZ, US, or UK markets)
? You know how to build high-converting campaigns for asset finance, residential mortgages, car loans, and refinancing
? You understand the difference between someone clicking an ad and someone actually booking an appointment
? You know how to structure ad copy, keywords, and landing pages for high-intent conversions
? You’ve worked with conversion tracking, offline events, and understand Google’s policies for financial services
? You care about results — not just clicks
Role Responsibilities
Build and manage Google Search, Performance Max, and Display campaigns
Write compelling finance-focused ad copy and match it to relevant keyword intent
Optimise campaigns daily for quality lead volume and low CPL
Monitor and track performance across Google Ads, Google Analytics, and GHL/CRM dashboards
Manage and improve conversion tracking, form fills, and booked appointment metrics
Communicate with our team via Slack and provide weekly campaign reports
Collaborate with landing page designers, copywriters, and automation specialists
Constantly test and tweak for performance — we're not “set and forget”
Must-Have Experience
3+ years running Google Ads campaigns for finance, lending, or mortgage clients
Proven track record of generating leads that turn into appointments
Familiarity with Australian finance industry compliance and ad policies
Strong English communication and ad copywriting skills
Experience using conversion tracking, UTMs, and lead forms
Comfortable working in AEST time zone (at least 4 hours overlap daily)
Nice-to-Haves (but not essential):
Experience with GHL (Go High Level)
Knowledge of
Worked with appointment setters or sales teams before
CRO skills for landing pages and funnels
