JOB OVERVIEW

We are RedLight Innovation, a fast-growing eCommerce brand in the health & wellness industry. We specialise in red light therapy for hair growth and are currently scaling up our business.

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to help drive profitable conversions, scale campaigns, and improve ROAS across our paid advertising channels. The ideal candidate should have experience in Performance Max, Shopping Ads, and A/B creative testing, as well as a strategic mindset to improve ad efficiency and audience targeting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Performance Max, Search, Display, Shopping)
- Improve ROAS and lower acquisition costs while maintaining profitability
- Run A/B testing for ad creatives, headlines, and audience segments
- Work on landing page optimisation to improve conversion rates
- Advise on scaling strategies, targeting expansion, and budget allocation
- Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and suggested improvements
- Help us expand into international markets beyond the UK

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns
- Proven track record in eCommerce marketing and lead generation
- Expertise in Performance Max, Standard Shopping, and YouTube Ads
- Strong analytical skills in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and GA4
- Experience in audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion tracking
- Ability to work independently and hit ambitious revenue goals

Our Goal:
We are in the process of scaling our business and have a target of reaching £100,000 per month in revenue by June/July. We need someone who can help us get there through efficient Google Ads scaling, ROAS optimisation, and strategic campaign management.
