Your primary focus will be managing and optimising PPC campaigns to drive conversions and improve ad performance for our clients across New Zealand and Australia.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of Google Ads strategy, execution, and performance tracking, ensuring every campaign delivers maximum return on investment. You should be highly analytical, results-driven, and confident working independently while collaborating with the team to achieve business goals.
We're looking for a Google Ads expert with 3+ years of experience who can effectively manage budgets, optimise campaigns, and drive measurable success. You’ll also contribute to shaping future digital marketing strategies, staying ahead of trends in the paid advertising space.
Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other tracking tools.
-Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid adjustments to improve performance.
-Develop, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads and boost conversions.
-Implement A/B testing to enhance ad effectiveness and conversion rates.
-Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximise return on investment.
Ideal Candidate:
-Highly analytical and results-driven, with a focus on data-backed decision-making.
-A proactive problem solver who can troubleshoot campaign issues effectively.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Able to work independently while collaborating with key tea
-Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
-Confident and experienced in Google Ads campaign management.
Skills & Experience:
-Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
-3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment.
-Experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience targeting.
-Google Ads certification is advantageous.
-Knowledge of performance reporting tools and campaign tracking.
-Experience with Shopify and WordPress is a plus.
Work Hours & Salary:
-Full-time, Monday – Friday
-Competitive salary based on experience
