Looking for a part-time / freelance position to set up new ad campaigns as needed and to spend 1-2 hours per week to go in and optimize existing campaigns.

In your application, you MUST answer these questions - they can be short answers but you must provide an answer to be considered:
- Include any relevant examples you can share of past campaigns and results
- What are your thoughts on performance max campaigns?
- How do you measure performance of an ad / campaign?
- What is your hourly rate in PHP?
- How many hours per week are you available if needed? (note, we will pay as needed for setting up new campaigns, and 1-2 hours per week to manage existing campaigns)
- What day could you begin? (e.g., next week, tomorrow)?
