As a Google Ads Specialist, you will:

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for our three business areas: GP education, cosmetic services, and psychology.

• Work remotely with flexible hours, approximately 4 hours per day.

• Develop data-driven strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions while maintaining or improving ROAS.

• Use analytics to continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and create detailed performance reports.

• Implement aggressive A/B testing and explore new growth opportunities to continuously improve ad performance.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with a focus on delivering high ROAS.

• A track record of scaling campaigns successfully while maintaining profitability.

• Familiarity with industries like healthcare, education, or cosmetic services is a bonus.

• Strong ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on insights.

• English fluency at least 9/10

• Proficient at using ChatGPT to assist with Google Ads Creation

• Proficient at using Google Analytics and very familiar with conversion tracking
