Google Ads Specialist (As-Needed Basis)

We are Son of an Angel's Cleaning Services, a growing cleaning company looking for a highly skilled Google Ads Specialist to assist us on an as-needed basis. Your expertise will help optimize and manage our Google Ads campaigns to maximize performance, drive leads, and achieve excellent ROI.

This is a flexible, project-based role perfect for someone who is an expert in Google Ads and prefers occasional assignments rather than a regular part-time commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit our existing Google Ads campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
Conduct keyword research to target the right audience.
Write compelling ad copy and create high-performing campaigns.
Monitor ad performance and adjust bids/strategies for optimal results.
Provide detailed reports and insights to measure the success of campaigns.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist, with a track record of success in campaign optimization.
Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube ads).
Strong understanding of ad quality score, bid strategies, and audience targeting.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to deliver results on tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with small to medium-sized service businesses.
Familiarity with cleaning or home services industries (a plus, but not required).
Compensation:
We offer competitive, project-based pay. Rates will be negotiated based on the scope of each project and your level of expertise.
