Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
Perform in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
Manage campaign budgets and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
Conduct A/B tests, analyze performance data, and implement actionable insights.
Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate results and recommendations.
Stay ahead of Google Ads trends, updates, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SEO, content, and design.
Requirements:
Proven track record of managing high-budget Google Ads accounts with quantifiable results.
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management.
Google Ads Certification required.
Deep knowledge of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Nice to Have:
Experience with multi-channel paid media (LinkedIn, Meta, Bing).
Agency or in-house experience in a performance-driven environment.
Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
