We are a German-based company with more than 20 years of experience. With our web agency, we offer websites and help customers to be visible by using SEO and SEA.

We are now looking for a Google Ads Specialist who helps us to optimize and manage Google Ads campaigns for our clients and support existing accounts.

Responsibilities:

Google Ads Management:
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Remarketing)
- Optimize campaigns for performance, conversions, and cost-efficiency
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Set up and manage conversion tracking
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance
- Implement A/B testing to improve ad effectiveness

Analytics & Optimization:
- Work with Google Analytics (GA4) to track and analyze campaign results
- Use Google Tag Manager for tracking implementation
- Generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Optimize landing pages to increase conversion rates
- Collaborate with the team to align ads with SEO and content marketing efforts

Requirements:

Skills & Experience:
- Min. 3 years of experience in Google Ads campaign management
- Excellent English language skills
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Knowledge of SEO principles and their impact on PPC
- Good communication skills and ability to explain strategies to clients
- Quick learner with excellent comprehension
- Willingness to stay up to date with Google Ads updates and industry trends
- Good team spirit, honesty, and integrity

What We Offer:

Part-time job (20 hours/week) with the option for full-time (40 hours/week) in 2-3 months

Flexible working hours (with a minimum of 2 hours/day overlap with German working hours, from Monday to Friday)

13th-month payment (after your 6 months probation)

20 days paid holidays (pro-rated for part-time employees)
