Rich Harvest Digital is a leading Google Ads consultancy based in Australia, specialising in tailored Google Ads (AdWords) campaigns for clients across multiple industries. Expected Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week preferably over 5 days with the potential to become a full-time role. Must be contactable from 10am to 6pm Melbourne time zone (AEDT/AEST).

Position Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to plan, build, and optimise high-performing Google Ads campaigns for our diverse client base. The ideal candidate is:

Key Responsibilities
As a Google Ads Specialist, you will work with our Australian-based team to develop, set up and optimise tailored lead generation and sales generation campaigns. This involves:
- Conducting in-depth market, competitor and keyword research to uncover high-converting opportunities
- Writing engaging ad copy
- Setting up campaigns, including conversion tracking
- Optimising campaigns based on detailed data analysis
- Creating monthly reports and action plans in response to campaign performance and client needs
Importantly, we are seeking someone who is not only skilled at campaign development and implementation, but also proactive in identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have the ability to think outside the box and formulate appropriate campaign strategies to drive meaningful results for our clients

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, IT, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Key Skills & Requirements
- Proven Google Ads experience: Minimum of 3 years managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in an agency environment.
- Experience running lead generation campaigns: Including keyword research, keyword grouping based on search intent and negative keyword reviews.
- Experience running e-Commerce campaigns: Familiar with product feed optimisation, product feed setup, Performance Max campaigns and Standard Shopping campaigns.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads and Google Merchant Center
- Market research proficiency: Experienced in creating empathy maps and performing in-depth competitor and market analysis to uncover opportunities and trends.
- Strategic campaign planning skills: Demonstrated ability to plan campaigns from scratch, including audience targeting, keyword strategy and budget management.
- Strong copywriting skills: Ability to write high-performing, engaging, and persuasive ad copy that resonates with target audiences and accurately represents the client’s brand and offerings.
- Advanced analytical expertise: Skilled at interpreting complex campaign data, identifying performance gaps, and implementing data-driven optimisations to improve ROI.

Ideal Skillsets
- Understanding of the Australian market: Practical experience in developing Google Ads strategies for businesses across Australia.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets: Highly skilled in utilising Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and data manipulation to improve efficiency, analysis and reporting.
- Conversion tracking setup: Proficiency in setting up conversion tracking in Google Ads and GA4 via Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with AI tools: Familiarity with AI tools to improve work efficiency and campaign performance is highly favourable.
- Experience with Google Looker Studio: Familiarity with setting up Looker Studio reporting dashboards.
