Responsibilities:
Campaign Creation & Development: Design and execute Google Ads strategies that align with business goals and target audience profiles.
Ad Creation & Management: Develop compelling ad copy and creatives for Google Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns. Ensure ads are optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously track and analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Ads and Google Analytics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
Budget Management: Oversee and manage ad spend budgets to ensure efficient allocation and maximize the return on investment.
Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and negative keywords to refine targeting and improve ad relevance.
A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests to evaluate different ad variations, landing pages, and bidding strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor ads and industry trends to stay ahead of market developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and KPIs, and present findings to stakeholders.
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all Google Ads campaigns comply with Google's advertising policies and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
2+ years of proven experience in paid media, with a strong focus on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Bing Ads
Bachelor’s Degree graduate
Deep understanding of Google Ads Manager, targeting options, and campaign optimization techniques.
Experience with various ad formats, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video campaigns.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics
Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
