Google Ads Specialist

We’re looking for a talented Google Ads Specialist to join our team! For this position, we are specifically seeking someone with experience scaling B2C with roofing and home improvement companies. If you have experience running local business ads and are ready to take on multiple accounts, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Our ads are straightforward, but we need someone who can manage and optimize them effectively.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage multiple local business Google Ads accounts (Search and Listings).
• Optimize and adjust ads as needed to improve performance.
• Handle Google My Business listings and ensure accuracy.
• Utilize Google Sheets for reporting and data tracking.
• Communicate with clients via Upgrade to see actual info as necessary.
• Work towards becoming a Department Manager, overseeing a small team (optional but a growth opportunity!).

What We’re Looking For:
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven experience with local Google Ads campaigns (Search and Listing).
• Experience scaling B2C with roofing and home improvement companies.
• Familiarity with Google My Business.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Must have reliable power and internet during working hours.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
• Access to Upgrade to see actual info for client communication.
• A Facebook account with Business Manager access.
• A Gmail account to use Google Suite products.
