We are a marketing agency seeking an experienced Google Ads specialist to join our team, and you seem like a great fit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
- Keyword Research: Identify high-performing keywords and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ad Creation: Write compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative assets.
- Bid & Budget Optimization: Monitor bids and budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Performance Reporting: Analyze key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI) and provide actionable insights.
- A/B Testing: Test ad variations and optimize for better performance.
- Conversion Tracking: Set up and maintain tracking for accurate performance measurement.
- Stay Current: Keep up with Google Ads updates and industry trends.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Years of Google Ads experience with proven track record.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and PPC best practices.
