Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Google Ads / Paid Search Specialist to manage and optimise client advertising campaigns across various industries. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Google Ads, PPC strategy, and paid search marketing, ensuring that campaigns deliver a strong return on investment (ROI). You will focus on managing client accounts, working directly with our team to execute and refine ad strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
Conduct keyword research and develop effective bidding strategies tailored to different business needs.
Optimise ad copies, landing pages, and campaign settings for maximum performance.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to improve ROI.
A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns for clients.
Stay up to date with Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Generate reports with insights and actionable recommendations for our team.
Collaborate with content creators and designers to align ad creatives with marketing goals.
Manage client budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient ad spending.
Provide regular updates and maintain clear, responsive communication with our team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist, PPC Manager, or Paid Search Expert.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Experience managing multiple client accounts and industries.
Experience with A/B testing, keyword research tools, and audience targeting.
Understanding of landing page optimisation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
Familiarity with Google Merchant Center and Shopping Ads.
Ability to analyse and interpret data to drive campaign decisions.
Excellent English communication skills (C2 level required).
Highly responsive and able to provide timely updates to the internal team.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment.
