Overview
We are a digital marketing agency specializing in helping local service businesses in the United States grow through targeted Google Ads campaigns. We’re looking for a dedicated Google Ads Specialist to join our team and take charge of creating, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns that drive quality leads and conversions for our clients.

Responsibilities
Campaign Setup & Management

Develop and launch Google Ads campaigns for local service businesses.
Conduct thorough keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and set up conversions to track performance accurately.

Landing Page Setup & Optimization

Collaborate with our team to build or optimize landing pages aligned with campaign objectives.
Implement best practices in layout, design, and user experience to maximize conversion rates.
Ensure landing pages integrate seamlessly with Google Ads and other tracking tools.

Google Ads Tracking & Analytics

Set up conversion tracking and event tracking (via Google Tag Manager or similar tools) to accurately measure ad performance.
Troubleshoot any discrepancies or tracking issues to maintain reliable data flow.
Call Tracking (Call Rail)

Set up and manage call tracking using Call Rail to accurately monitor inbound phone leads from Google Ads campaigns.
Analyze call data and incorporate findings into campaign optimizations.

Ongoing Optimization

Monitor and adjust bids, targeting, and budgets to maximize ROI.
Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting

Regularly review campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate) to identify trends and optimize strategies.
Provide monthly performance reports and actionable insights to both clients and our internal team.
Collaboration & Strategy

Work closely with our account managers to align campaigns with overall marketing goals.
Recommend new approaches, campaign types, and strategies to enhance client results.
Account Maintenance

Stay up-to-date with Google Ads best practices, platform updates, and industry trends.
Troubleshoot any campaign or account issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally for U.S.-based local service businesses.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) for clear reporting and collaboration.
Proven track record of driving conversions and delivering ROI on ad budgets.
Experience with landing page creation/optimization and Google Ads tracking (Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, Call Rail, etc.).
Familiarity with Google Analytics, keyword research tools, and CRM platforms (preferred).
Detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Quiet, professional workspace, reliable internet, and a quality headset for any client or team calls.

Compensation
$500 USD monthly base salary
Potential for increased hours or full-time pay after a successful probation period
