Google Ads Manager

I'm currently looking for a Virtual Assistant to join Upgrade to see actual info, our eCommerce-focused Google Ads agency. We manage operations for 15+ clients and need support with:

- Google Ads optimization (continuous improvements & bid adjustments)
- Feed management & troubleshooting in Merchant Center
- Conversion tracking setup (GA4, GTM, etc.)
- New campaign setups (structuring & launching)
- Keyword research (finding opportunities & refining targeting)
- Ad asset creation (writing compelling headlines & descriptions)

This is a part-time role (20h/week), with the possibility of scaling up to full-time soon.
