We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Google Ads Manager to join our team. This role will focus on creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to achieve outstanding performance and return on ad spend (ROAS). The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, skilled in data analysis, and possess a deep understanding of paid search and digital advertising trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective paid search strategies tailored to business goals.
• Create, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Conduct keyword research and manage audience targeting for maximum impact.
• Monitor campaign budgets, adjust bids, and optimize ad performance to achieve target metrics.
• Analyze KPIs to track performance, identify issues, and implement improvements.
• Generate and present detailed performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Craft compelling and concise ad copy to drive engagement and conversions.
• Identify opportunities to launch innovative campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Collaborate with ad platform partners to maintain strong relationships and gain insights.
• Proactively monitor for and mitigate risks such as click fraud.
• Stay updated on the latest PPC, SEM, and Google Ads trends, ensuring the company remains competitive in digital advertising.
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with demonstrated success in achieving ROAS targets.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to create impactful reports and collaborate with tea
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Up-to-date knowledge of paid search trends, tools, and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with additional paid search platforms like Bing Ads or Meta Ads.
• Familiarity with click fraud prevention tools and strategies.
• Certification in Google Ads or Google Analytics is a plus.
