Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Google PPC Ads Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive measurable results. If you're analytical, data-driven, and passionate about digital advertising, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns across various industries.
Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy to improve Quality Scores and CTR.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular insights and recommendations.
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages to enhance campaign outcomes.
Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features and trends.
Collaborate with other team members to align PPC efforts with overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with demonstrable success.
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and keyword tools.
Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
Ability to design Landing pages
Must be able to handle 15-20 Accounts (you will not start with this, but this is the capacity we are aiming for)
Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Certifications in Google Ads and/or Analytics are a plus.

What We Require:
Full-time hours (40 hours a week)
A solution-based Mindset
Ability to work in an Atlantic time zone (Canada) with zero issues (flexible)
Great internet connection
English proficiency - Very Fluent
Strategic Thought - Process & A strong ability to prioritize tasks/initiatives
