Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive Google Ads strategies aligned with our business objectives and target audience.
Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and market analysis.
Develop and manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Campaign Management:
Create, manage, and optimize all types of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, etc.).
Write compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences.
Implement A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance.
Manage and optimize bidding strategies, targeting parameters, and ad extensions.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor campaign performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
Generate regular reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
Staying Up-to-Date:
Continuously learn and stay current with the latest Google Ads updates, features, and best practices.
Experiment with new technologies and strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on campaign performance and strategy.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns with a strong track record of success.
Deep Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform and its various campaign types, bidding strategies, and targeting options.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in Tools: Expertise in using Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant reporting tools.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Results-Oriented: A strong focus on achieving measurable results and exceeding performance goals.
Self-Motivated & Proactive: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have: Google Ads certifications (e.g., Google Ads Search Certification, Google Ads Display Certification). Experience with other PPC platforms (e.g., Microsoft Ads). Experience with landing page optimization.
