Scope:
Oras (www.oras.co) is a high-performance marketing agency that specializes in high-value lead generation for USA firms and companies through multiple platforms. We are looking for a Senior Google PPC Buyer with a proven track record of managing six-figure monthly ad spends and driving measurable ROI.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role. You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of Google Ads accounts for a variety of clients delivering high value quality conversions at scale. You will own keyword research, ad creation, campaign execution, performance tracking, optimization and weekly reporting. You must be fluent in English, comfortable working Eastern Standard Time, and experienced with Power Editor.
Responsibilities:
Manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns with 6-figure monthly spends across multiple accounts and locations.
Develop and execute data-driven, conversion-focused PPC strategies for lead generation.
Set up, track, and optimize conversion events, ensuring proper attribution across platforms.
Implement negative keyword strategies to improve ad efficiency and reduce wasted spend.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bid strategies to maximize performance.
Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies, especially for industries with strict guidelines.
Provide weekly performance reports and actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
Work with CRM integrations to improve lead tracking and optimize conversions.
Stay up-to-date with Google Ads updates, bidding strategies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
5+ years of direct experience managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns ($100K+/month).
Experience running Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube Ads, and LSA.
Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and CRM integrations.
Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously.
Strong expertise in Power Editor.
Experience managing negative keywords and bid adjustments effectively.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Must be able to work USA EST hours.
Strong analytical skills – must be data-driven and results-focused.
Google Ads Certifications preferred.

Experience with lead gen for professional services.
Knowledge of landing page CRO and A/B testing strategies.
Experience managing campaigns for multi-location businesses.
Proficiency in call tracking, offline conversions, and AI-based bidding strategies.
