GoHighlevel Automation/Integration Expert (Experience in Webflow/Wix is a plus!))

We're Hiring: GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert – Automation & Integration (Remote | Part-Time | $10 AUD/hr)

Are you a GoHighLevel wizard who knows the ins and outs of automation and third-party integrations? We’re looking for a highly skilled GHL Expert to join our remote team and hit the ground running.

About the Role:
This is a part-time, remote position for a seasoned expert in GoHighLevel. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing automations, workflows, pipelines, and integrations with third-party platforms (Zapier, webhooks, APIs, etc.).

???? Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage advanced automations within GoHighLevel

Integrate GHL with various apps/platforms using Zapier, webhooks, APIs, etc.

Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows and automation sequences

Work closely with our team to gather requirements and implement systems efficiently

Maintain documentation and ensure proper QA/testing before go-live

? Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

Minimum 3 years of proven experience with GoHighLevel

Strong portfolio of GHL automations and integrations

Able to start immediately

Clear understanding of CRM setup, custom workflows, campaigns, pipelines, forms, and triggers

Comfortable with tools like Zapier, Make/Integromat, API keys, webhooks, etc.

Excellent communication skills in English
