Job Title: Client Relations Specialist (Lead Generation Focus)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Client Relations Specialist with a strong focus on lead generation to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving high-quality leads, and ensuring that clients experience a seamless journey with our services. Your expertise in GoHighLevel and lead generation strategies will be critical in attracting, qualifying, and nurturing prospects to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation (Primary Focus):
Develop and execute robust lead generation strategies across multiple channels, including email campaigns, social media, SEO, paid ads, and content marketing.
Qualify leads by assessing their business needs, determining their fit with Torify’s services, and nurturing them to the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with the Sales Closer to ensure smooth handoffs and lead conversion, while maintaining a focus on high-quality, warm leads.
Analyze lead generation performance, track key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, cost per lead), and continually optimize strategies for improved outcomes.

Client Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing top-notch support via email, phone, and chat.
Offer technical assistance related to websites, apps, CRM tools (especially GoHighLevel), and lead generation tools.
Ensure all client interactions are logged in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.

Billing and Account Management:
Manage the billing and invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions.
Address client inquiries related to billing discrepancies, refunds, or payment options.

Work closely with the finance team to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual billing reports.
Client Success Monitoring:
Track and monitor client success metrics, ensuring that our services deliver measurable results and meet client expectations.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and ensure their continued satisfaction.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base by understanding their evolving needs.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the Lead Generation Specialist, Sales Closer, and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns and ensure a seamless client experience.

Collaborate with technical teams to resolve any issues that may arise with client accounts or platform usage.
Requirements:

Proven experience in lead generation, client support, and technical roles, ideally in a SaaS or digital marketing environment.
Expertise in GoHighLevel CRM is essential for managing client interactions and optimizing lead generation.
Strong knowledge of lead generation tactics across various channels, including email marketing, SEO, social media, and paid ads.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects and clients.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to handle complex client inquiries and technical issues effectively.
A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
