Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Workflow Specialist to streamline and automate our client onboarding, service delivery, and post-service marketing processes based on our existing workflow map. This role will involve setting up and customizing workflows that align with our client journey, from initial interest to post-filing follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Workflow Development and Automation:
Set up and optimize workflows in GoHighLevel (GHL) based on our provided funnel map, integrating various stages including client intake, deposit, data entry, clarifications, and financial review.
Automate client communications at each stage to ensure a seamless, consistent experience.
Form Integration and Customization:
Design and implement client intake forms, ensuring they capture the required information in an organized and user-friendly way.
Integrate forms into the GHL platform and link them to the workflow stages to enhance data flow and reduce manual entry.
Task Assignment and Tracking:
Develop task assignment workflows for tea
Client Communication and Notifications:
Set up automated notifications to keep clients informed at key stages, such as deposit confirmations, data entry progress, clarifications, and refund updates.
Schedule follow-up
Post-Filing Marketing Campaigns:
Build and manage
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Test each workflow stage to ensure it performs correctly and meets the needs of the client journey, addressing any technical or process issues.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), especially in workflow automation and CRM management.
Strong understanding of client service workflows in a financial or tax-related environment.
Familiarity with task management, form creation, and
Ability to translate workflow diagrams and process maps into functional automation sequences.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with tea
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in accounting, finance, or tax services.
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) workflows in a service-based business.
Knowledge of tax software and basic accounting principles.
