Technical Support Specialist for Cycl Sales
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join the Cycl Sales team. Cycl Sales is a leading CRM platform built for real estate investors, real estate agents, and business acquisition professionals. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients have a seamless experience using our platform while contributing to the success of their businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support through support tickets, live chat, and Zoom during office hours.
- Onboard new clients by guiding them through the setup process and ensuring they are equipped to utilize the platform effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the CRM platform, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Document recurring issues and identify opportunities for improving user experience.
- Record training videos to assist clients in learning how to use the platform effectively.
- Collaborate with the Cycl Sales team to ensure client issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Educate users on the features of the Cycl Sales platform and provide proactive tips to maximize their success.

Additional Opportunities:
- Contribute to product development by providing feedback and insights based on client interactions.
- Participate in marketing efforts, including creating content or strategies to promote the platform, during downtime or as needed.
- Gain experience in related fields such as sales, marketing, copywriting, and software development as part of a dynamic and growing team.

Qualifications:
- Comprehensive experience with GoHighLevel.
- Experience in customer support, technical troubleshooting, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or similar tools (experience with Closebot is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to personal and professional growth.
