GoHighLevel Specialist

Gym Reinforcements is looking for a GoHighLevel pro to manage and optimize our platform. You'll ensure smooth marketing automation, client communication, and business operations. If you're a tech-savvy problem solver with project management skills and a passion for helping gyms grow, we want you on our team!

Title: GoHighLevel Specialist
Salary: 8 USD per hour
Type: Part-time | 12 hours per week
Shift: Between 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM CST

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Integrations - manage Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info with Facebook Pages, Instagram profiles and Facebook Ads for GR clients.
• Funnels - edit funnels to match brand of gym (colors, logo, FAQ, etc)
• Forms - create forms and integrate with funnels
• Automations - setup lead nurture automations and drip campaigns
• Calendar - setup new calendars or integrate existing calendars
• Optimization - build systems for maximum efficiency and results
• Sub-Accounts - set up and configure new sub-accounts and take ownership over A2P approval process
• Pipelines - build out pipelines and connect them to automations for sales accuracy and tracking
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GHL related issues to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers (internally) and clients (externally)
• Maintain documentation of GoHighLevel processes and configurations

REQUIREMENTS:
Technical Knowledge:
• Proficient experience with GoHighLevel platform (minimum 1 year)
• Experience setting up and managing GoHighLevel Sub-Accounts
• Strong understanding of automation workflows
• Knowledge of drip campaign strategies
• Familiarity with API integrations and webhook configurations
Skills:
• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Fast learner who stays current with GoHighLevel updates and features
Experience:
• 1-2+ years experience working directly with GoHighLevel
• Background in marketing automation and CRM management
• Experience working with fitness businesses preferred but not required
• Demonstrated success in implementing and optimizing automated marketing systems
